- Davide Di Mauro Added May 20, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I signed up with a home internet plan with them in November for a house I was moving into interstate. They promised I would be charged $80 per month indefinitely - they were all super nice and they were happy to close this interstate contract.
Telstra bills arrived at standard rate (i.e. $90 per month) and I had to contact the senior consultant (name's Vijay Bhoopalan) every month since then to make sure he would rectify my bills. For the first 2 months he made sure a discount was applied on my bills, but starting from this month as the bill is still wrong, he does not reply emails, does not answer the phone and when called in store I was told "he just went out for coffee" (at 9am). Called back at 10am and they told me "he went out for a walk as he is the supervisor and he can do whatever he wants".
To date, I still have issues with my bill so I have asked someone else at this store to try and solve my issue permanently as per my contract. They told me to go to another store to get my problem solved (a lady called Heda - she didn't spell out her name so I assume that is it).
I have been a Telstra customer since 2014 and I am happy with Telstra. I found though as the people that work at this store to be extremely dodgy - all super friendly in the instance of closing contracts, but as soon as you you have an inherent problem, they will try and avoid you like the plague. - Dilbag Singh Added May 13, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★waseem from canberra centre did amazing job.
