- Norman Duffy Added January 23, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The most disorganised and under trained staff I have seen in any shop. While I was waiting for them to have three tries at getting an order for a large coffee correct, I did not see anyone that got what they ordered. I would give a minus rating if it was possible. Unfortunately I can't give it less than one star. And after three goes at getting the correct coffee in the correct size cup with the correct cream content it was several degrees cooler than standard. Lukewarm just above body temperature .
