Tried charging me $280, in which he spent 5 minuets opening a bedroom door.
Over the phone I requested a quote, Donald was unable to provide me with one.
Once completing the task, he says his call out fee is $160! But didn't bother telling me that over the phone.
He sat on my kitchen stool, raising his voice, intimidating me, watching me cry as I'm asking why he didn't tell me how call out
Fee was so excessive! I asked him multiple times to leave my home because I didn't feel SAFE.
When he left, I rang Night and day lock Smith's and they confirmed, on 28 August 2018 when they helped me with the same situation they
Only charged me $130!
NEVER use this company!
My partner and I are disgusting and made a complain to the Association of locksmiths
