- Pham Thu Trang Added August 17, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is not a good surgery practice. All they care is extended consultations to charge you extra. I was told to have vacination by the GP there. She said that I do not need a consultation again on the day I have my vaccination as she recommended it already. All I need is to turn up and meet a nurse. Few days later I called them again to book for vaccination and they said I would still need to see a doctor who will just pop in while the nurse gives me the injection. This will cost me $85 for her pure presence and then another $75 for the injection. I think not!
The GP also needs to send the Referal Letter to the Outpatient Department of the Hospital but she asked me to do it instead as they don't have the fax machine, yet I am still charged full course for that. A short consultation is $85 and a longer one is $140. You tell me if it's worth it. The staff are not very friendly
