  Good customer service on the day and nothing against the marshals who were great, but felt like we had been scammed in the end. So make sure you read the fine print carefully before booking.
  
  Just a few examples:
  
  -Special packages are not special at all unless everyone in your group booking purchases one of these 'special packages', which CAN'T be shared between players. And even if you purchase these special packages and run out of paintballs you all have to 'upgrade' your packages if you want more paintballs. But if just one of you doesn't or can't then you have to pay the standard prices for extra paintballs, which CAN be shared but are ridiculously overpriced compared to the 'special packages'.
  
  -If you book as a group you wont be able to just play with your own group which we were not told about. They will shove you in with other groups that have booked on the day. So in the end our inexperienced group did not very much enjoy playing against experience people, which included army veterans. But if you do want to play with your own group you need to pay $20 extra PP! to 'hire' a marshal. When i questioned this the answer was because they needed to 'bring in' another marshal, but by then we had already signed our consent forms and turned over our IDs. So the question is would they actually 'bring in' another marshal on late notice or just get one of the other 3 marshals who were doing nothing on the day to manage our group?
  
  -The game modes and maps are tailored to make you use as many paintballs as possible with silly respawn rules (where if you are shot you can come back in to the round) and a ridiculous rule where a headshot does not count as a hit.
  
  In the end these are all simply ploys for you to use more paintballs by spending more money! I will not be returning and will be deterring others from coming to this venue in the foreseeable future.
