  I would not recommend using DDCS. After loosing my case file, they were unprofessional in fixing the situation. I had to pay to resolve their mistake. I also had to re-brief a new lawyer and this cost a significant amount of my time. This exacerbated and already stressful situation. Partners from DDCS did not follow up with correspondence, even when they promised they would. I would really recommend looking for a more professional client focused practice.

  Di Simpson and her team were truly amazing. She articulates everything that is most important and fought for my best interests. I felt fully supported and found the Family Law process empowering even through the stress and emotional turmoil. I was involved in the process which was important to me. Di Simpson listened to me and understood the big picture I wanted her to understand. I felt validated. The expense was worth it.

  5 Stars isn’t enough. Di Simpson is an absolute professional and stellar at what she does. She is the epitome of legal smarts, tenacity, integrity, compassion and composure. My ex (who self represented) for the entire 3 years was disagreeable, controlling, frightful, and obnoxious. But Di never wavered. Yes, her fees are higher (compared to garden variety family lawyers), but you get what you pay for! I got Di’s expertise at navigating the law, and the Court system - she knows what needs to be articulated, and how best to articulate it according to the situation and circumstance. I also got DDCS's amazing administration team, who never once had to apologise for getting something wrong, or overlooking something, or forgetting something. A special mention to Lois Clifford who, from the sidelines one day, came up with a particular strategy that was nothing short of genius. Lois invariably saved me thousands of dollars, and saved me from more heartache and headaches with more Court time.

  Highly Recommended. DDCS was originally recommended to me by a friend in the legal industry - their reputation precedes them.
  
  Both Di Simpson (Family Law) and Rebecca Tetlow (Wills and Estates) have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the past 5 years. They talked me through all of my options with current examples and similar cases, and answered all of my questions in language that I could understand and relate to.
  
  Their support staff have been equally as delightful. I'll admit that they're not cheap, but I can safely say that even an initial consult with each of them when I've needed has saved me far more than that - both financially and emotionally!
