Spoke with Kai who was very inviting and friendly and decided to join the next class which was coached by Josh. The class was friendly and Josh was very helpful in pointing out some parts of my technique which needed addressing. With that in mind I decided to come back for the evening weightlifting class that night (Friday). Was coached by Matt who was excellent and patient with a focus on technique and form fitting the mobility (or restriction of) that he was able to observe with the attendees that night.
If you're visiting Canberra and are looking for a Crosfit Gym to drop in for a session or two I highly recommend Crossfit 2600 and their team. - Will Dodds Added December 24, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good gym with great equipment. I came for a weightlifting event and I have to admit that Troy the MC was completely and utterly insufferable.

- Dostum Added December 09, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Kai is an excellent couch and teaches every step seriously, overall facilities are not too bad but it's not either a fancy Gym.
Wake up at 5 am every day would be the greatest challenge but will see how will go with the whole process.
Price isn't cheap and it has its reason and will try out the best of it.
I will update you later with the whole session and overall quality.
