  We're long-time clients of Clarity and Arman, having purchased mutliple properties over the years with their assistance. Recently Arman and Michele arranged a >1% reduction in the interest rate on our home loan. They did this proactively, working on our behalf to broker a better deal with our bank. In so doing, they've managed to offset 6 months of interest rate hikes! I'm sure we're far from Clarity's biggest client, but we always feel like Arman is taking a personal interest.

  I can only give a maximum of 5 stars on google but Arman is most definitely worth 1,000 stars! From the minute we sent a request for his services to the minute we settled on our forever home, he went above and beyond to get us over the line with our chosen bank and hold our hand when I was stressing. He is super knowledgeable and ever so caring which is not normal for the finance world. 11/10 would engage him again knowing that he makes the stressful journey to home ownership seem like a walk in the park. A thousand thank you’s Arman and the team from Clarity!!!

  Rob Garth did a fantastic job. So happy with the loan but even happier with the process. Questions were always answered quickly. I’d never worked with a broker before and had lots of questions. Rob made me feel comfortable to ask them all. He helped me plan ahead so that everything went smoothly during a very quick settlement, enabling us to settle a little early and move into our new home right away. Have already recommended Clarity to friends and recommend to anyone looking for great communication and great service.
