We started renting out our home with Tom at a time when our lives were a little chaotic (moving interstate, welcoming a 2nd baby, 1st time as a landlord) and Tom made the process so easy. He walked us through the process, kept us updated and was genuinely personable. We've only just started working Ben and he is proving to be very much the same.
