- Kate Luke Added June 02, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to get my ears re-pierced, thought it was a little strange that the girl didn't show me after doing it and didn't realise until I got home that she had not only put in very different earrings to what I had selected (tiny, pink studs vs large blue ones I had selected) she also pierced one ear very close to the edge of my ear lobe, no way near the centre. The website makes it look like a far more professional piercing venue than it is, given my piercing was so straightforward I would really hesitate going to them for anything.

However, I was made to feel like a criminal (with staff hovering over me the entire time) and subsequently left the store without making purchases I would have otherwise made. To be fair, I've never had my hair done here.

Sarah has trained some of the staff from a young age and have grown to be an asset.
So if you want a salon to look after you like a family member and who NEVER over promises and undelivers. She did a lovely wolfcut on my daughters curly hair and it looks amazing.
