He broke my shift key because he removed the key and did not know what he was doing and did not inform me that he doesn’t know how to clean computers. He refused to pay for the damage. I left a review at the time and he sent me texts that he would sue me for defamation if I didn’t delete the review… ? I did delete it because I felt afraid of him. But dude you broke my keyboard and you cannot threaten your customers with legal action for their honest review Lol bye

I bought a gaming PC from a shop in Victoria and had issues with my cooling system from day one. I called up Mark and he fit me in on the day. He quickly identified the issues with the PC and replaced my CPU cooler at a reasonable rate. Not only that, but when he found out that I was returning my PC, he offered to take out the new CPU cooler free of charge and provided me with a refund.
