  The experience of F45ing during Christmas season is hard to describe in few words. I had three weeks off work and ate every treat I was offered (pasta, pizza, burgers, wine daily, chocolates); I gained a little bit more than a kilo (I usually gain 3 or more on this season); I feel my arms, legs and butt stronger than ever; this is the first time that I start the year with no regrets related to food; I quit treats two days ago and can already feel my body reacting positively (that’s fast!).

  A really great workout environment, very inclusive and open to all. The programmes are fantastic, changing daily, and work your whole body. The trainers are super involved and motivating whilst also putting a lot of attention on doing all the movements right to avoid injury and build up strength and confidence. I noticed a huge difference after just 30 sessions and would recommend to anyone looking to get fit again (but unsure how to go about it) or for anyone looking to maintain fitness :)

  Really good gym! Friendly and helpful coaches that helped me to push myself into healthy habits. The F45 challenge was a really good experience. I lost 23% of my body fat during the challenge. Can only recommend!

  My training with the team from F45 over the past month has been totally awesome! I've found that F45 has friendly and very knowledgeable instructors, a variety of exercises, equipment that suits my needs as a beginner and lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn from others. I believe that the F45 approach (high intensity with a focus on strengthening, flexibility and cardio) has also been great for keeping me fit, helping with weight management and making it easier to play basketball. I feel like my balance and flexibility has improved, which is great. I'm looking forward to the rest of 2021 at F45!

  The past month or so with F45 Training Braddon have been absolutely awesome! The staff are very friendly and professional, the workouts change frequently and mix between cardio and weight focused. Additionally, the nutrition advice and other helpful tips set them apart from other gyms. I have been extremely happy with my results so far and look forward to continuing with my training here.
