    Although a work order was sent to our repair company from Superb Property Management they still refuse to pay for the service. They then proceeded to rubbish our service when we refused to attend anymore properties managed by this company. Stay well clear of Superb Property Management

    STAY CLEAR - Do not recommend, for people looking to rent their property or for people who need to rent one. Completely unprofessional, breached Tenancy laws on more than one occasion, did not care for the safety of the property or their tenants, poor account keeping skills and awful communication skills, and did not care about any of these things at any given time.

    Service and transparency has been absolutely second-to-none and we couldn't be happier with Suhail from Superb Property Management. Suhail has certainly exceeded our expectations in the service he has provided as a property manager & we would definitely recommend in high regard.

    Not happy with the management when leaving a rental property. What they say they will do they don't. Suhail you have made my life hell.
